Customer Account

How to create a customer account?

Click on the character icon located at the top right of the Fur Wonders interface. Select the "Create an account" link under the login button, then fill in the requested information and validate.

How do I access my customer account?

From the home page, click on the character icon at the top right. Enter your email and password , then click on "Login" .

How to order without a customer account?

Add your items to your cart and proceed through checkout. An account will be automatically created with your information. Having a customer account allows you to track your past orders and manage your purchases easily.

How do I delete my customer account?

You cannot delete your account directly from your customer interface. For any request to delete, deactivate, or merge an account, simply send a message to contact@furwonders.com .

Deliveries

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free shipping with no minimum purchase on all of our products.

Can I choose the carrier?

To guarantee you reduced delivery costs, we work with several carriers. The choice of carrier is not offered to the customer.

Can I choose a delivery date?

It is not possible to set an exact date for delivery. However, you can ask us to delay the shipment in order to organize you.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Solutions vary by carrier. Check their website or contact our Customer Service to learn more.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to locate your package directly on the carrier's website.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. For some destinations, delivery times may be slightly longer. Contact us for specific information.

My package is damaged, what should I do?

Contact our Customer Service by providing:

  • Your order or customer number .
  • A photo of the items and the damaged package.
  • Your preference: refund, exchange or return.

I have not received my package even though it is indicated as delivered.

If you cannot find your package, please contact our Customer Service promptly. We will help you solve this problem.

Products

In what currency can I order?

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your country. You can change your country or currency at the top right of the homepage.

The product I want is out of stock, how do I order it?

Write to us with your email , the name of the product and the desired variant. We will inform you as soon as it is available again.

My pet doesn't like the toy received.

Every pet has unique preferences. We recommend observing their habits to choose the most suitable toys. Fur Wonders cannot guarantee that every toy will please your companion.

The clothing accessory does not fit my pet.

If the size or design is not suitable, please contact our Customer Service for an exchange. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and size guides to help you in your choice.

Returns and Complaints

How to return a product?

Send an email to contact@furwonders.com specifying:

  • Your order number (#FW followed by a number).
  • The reason for the return .
  • A photo of the product, if applicable.

How do I exchange a product for another size, color or version?

The procedure is the same as for a return: contact us by email with your request.

Is there a deadline to make a return?

Yes, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to report your return.

I returned a product, what happens next?

Upon receipt and processing of the returned product, we will send you a confirmation by email.

I have not yet been refunded after a return.

Once the package is received, we process refunds quickly. Please wait a few days or contact us for a follow-up.

What is your procedure for complaints?

If you have any problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service via the contact form or by email. Add all the necessary information to speed up the resolution.

Can I withdraw after my purchase?

Yes, in accordance with the regulations, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period begins upon receipt of your order.
